**Lease Term
This Lease Agreement shall have a term of one year, commencing on the Lease Start Date as specified in the agreement. Tenant(s) may not terminate this lease before the end of the lease term; doing so will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, and the Tenant(s) will be required to vacate the property.
**Rent Payment and Late Charges
Rent of $2,800 is due on the 1st of every month. If the Tenant(s) fail to make the rent payment by the 5th of the month, a late charge of $100 will be applied with no exceptions. If rent is not received by the 15th of the month, this will constitute a lease violation, resulting in the termination of the lease and forfeiture of the security deposit.

**No Smoking, and No Subleasing Policy

**Lease Termination for Violations
The Landlord reserves the right to terminate this Lease Agreement at any point if violations of the terms and conditions, including those related to pets, smoking, subleasing, property cleanliness, and other lease terms, are found. In the event of such violations, the security deposit will be retained by the Landlord and the tenant(s) will be required to vacate the property.
