Downstairs screen room is for storing recreation equipment including six kayaks, bicycles, life vests, paddles, etc. and a sitting area with table and chairs. Propane grill is ready for your burgers. Location is close to main river halfway between the Gulf and in-town Crystal River. Dock is outside the door for tying up your boat or fishing, catching blue crabs. Landscaping was affected by hurricane, but much of mulch and greenery has been replaced. Good times are had here! Winter rates are $4,200 a month. A listing for 6 months or more does not pay the 11% sales tax. FURNISHED vacation rental. All monthly expenses included. Cleaning fee is one-time $150. 11% tax. We have a rental agreement.
