    My charming South Tabor home will soon be for rent. Currently there is a home daycare operating that is closing at the end of August. We are painting the exterior of the home and retouching the interior before it's available for rent, which should be by Oct. 1 or possibly sooner. The front door opens into a living/dining room and kitchen with large granite countertop. The main floor has two bedrooms and one full bath with tub. Upstairs has a master bedroom with bathroom/shower and a mini-split a/c unit. The remodeled basement is almost like its own unit, through the side door it has a bar with a mini-fridge and sink, and barstools, and space for a kegerator. There is a large family room attached and one bedroom and additional bathroom/shower. There is some additional basement space with laundry (stacked washer/dryer) and storage space. There is a detached one-car garage and large back yard. Fully fenced property. Long driveway that can fit two cars or an r/v. Very walkable friendly neighborhood with quick access to Mt. Tabor. Great schools and quiet location. We love our house and hope you will too! 8 month lease to start, month to month after that unless you'd prefer a longer initial lease. We will update photos as soon as the preschool is closed. Fairly current photos (from before the preschool) can be seen on zillow. Please do not bother the tenants, the daycare is in operation through August and our tenant does not move out until mid-September. Dogs and cats are allowed. Tenant is required to purchase renter's insurance and provide proof upon occupancy.
