Ideally we would prefer to rent house from Nov.1-May 1st for a maximum of 6 months. The minimum period of rental is 5 mos.This is a fully furnished, modern single family home on a country dirt road. New Marlborough has great snow plowing, so don't worry about driving on the dirt road. We will be providing the plowing for our driveway. We are a very private semi-wooded setting on 5.1 acres, yet convenient to several towns offering restaurants, shopping, movie theatre, Mahawie Preforming Arts Theatre. We are just a couple of miles from Ski Butternut and York Lake. Layout of house is on 3 levels, it will not be suitable for toddlers that can not walk safely up & down the stairs. You can tell from the photos that the outside surrounding consist of large natural boulders we used as steps, they are not typical steps and require care when maneuvering, you can also avoid and reach house from the lawn. Most important we have Spectrum Fibre-Optic high speed internet, Cable TV with streaming and phone land line, as detailed in lease Owner is covering that expense. Please refer to lease for Owner/Renter responsibilities. Living room has wood burning fireplace, we will supply 1/2 cord of wood and starters to get you going, the burnt ashes will need to be disposed of periodically to prevent excessive build up. As detailed in lease there is no garbage pickup, you must take trash to the New Marlborough Transfer Station, we will provide the sticker needed for your car. Garbage can never be left outside, your in the woods. Please contact me with any questions.
