    We are listing our beautiful house for rent, looking for excellent tenants to take good care of this gem. Please contact me to arrange a tour of the property, during which I will share the application form and screening criteria. This home has been lovingly remodeled/updated over the years; no expense has been spared. The light-filled open kitchen/great room was built 5 years ago (an addition), and it has high-end features like 10-ft ceilings, Wolf range, and custom cabinetry. Please reach out for a full list of all the improvements; among the most obvious are new vanities, hardwood floors and recessed lights. Needless to say, all the systems and appliances are modern and in great shape. FRONT & BACKYARD: The backyard is large and very functional. It has a paved area for barbecues, a Trex deck, a hot tub, and plenty of play space for children. The front yard was professionally landscaped last October, with beautiful pavers and landscaping lights. Plantings were chosen for their year-round look, and low-maintenance. LOCATION AND SCHOOLS: This street feels like a small town (very quiet street with great neighbors), but within a 15-min drive to downtown, and companies like Amazon, Google, Facebook, Apple and Expedia. The house is near two excellent schools: Our Lady of Fatima (private, 5-min walk) and Catharine Blaine (public, 7-min walk). We are near a small public library (1-min walk), and a playground and tennis courts (8-min walk). We have enjoyed taking evening strolls around the neighborhood almost daily. You will love the peaceful streets and views of the Puget Sound along Magnolia Blvd (a short walk away). The Magnolia Village (10-min walk away) will give you access to most amenities, but with a charming small-town flavor. During the summer, you will enjoy Magnolia's farmer's market (Saturdays), and our block's "Play Street" (traffic is blocked to allow children to play and parents to gather). Finally, don't forget about the Discovery Park (the largest in Seattle), which is a 3-min car ride away. LOOKING FOR: 12 month lease with responsible tenants who will take very good care of the property. We need first/last, and a security deposit. The lease start can be discussed, but July 5th is preferred. We will provide screening criteria during touring.
