Ample Patio e private garden. Open to rent to single or couple. We live in the main house. ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED NO SMOKING , NO DRUGS . You can park in our driveway or plenty of free parking. The house is absolutely lovely but it does not have laundry on site. There is a laundromat 3 blocks from the house. a few minute drive. If you have a dog : only baby friendly dogs and clean up after your dog. We are open to 6 months , or a year lease and then go from there.
