If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning, although smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. Avoid using plastic mini waste including confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, and pelletized materials like plastics, glass, and metals.
