An additional pet deposit of $250.00 is required if a qualifying pet is to occupy the property. No dogs with an adult weight or expected adult weight over 25 pounds will be allowed without owner's consent. Where a dog is not yet an adult, landlord reserves the right to make a judgment as to what the expected adult weight will be. -The first month's rent, plus deposits, must be paid by a guaranteed means, such as a money order, cashier's check or by an electronic method (e.g. Zelle). If payment is made by personal check, the check must clear before the prospective tenants may occupy, or have any access to, the property. -Rental agreements are month to month. -Utilities and garbage are paid by tenant. -Refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer provided by tenant.
