Due to a lightening strike, our home was gutted and rebuilt in 2004. In 2016 we replaced the HVAC system with a larger unit. In reconstruction, we Raised the roof line for 12 ft. Ceilings, although the footprint stayed the same, we changed or reconfigured the size of some of the rooms. In 2017 we had the house resided with James Hardie planks, previously we added a concrete driveway and sidewalk and had wood flooring installed in all bedrooms.
