Looking for a roommate to rent a private bedroom in a clean, brand new house! Located near running/biking trails, 5min to downtown Lafayette, 10min to downtown Erie, and 20min to CU. There is also a neighborhood pool! You'll share common spaces with me and one other roommate. The bathroom will be shared with one person. There is lots of storage in the garage, closets, and crawl space. Both me and the other roommate are male, working professionals in our 20s. I enjoy running, skiing, and playing guitar, while our other roommate spends his free time running or woodworking in the garage. We're both friendly and social and like to keep our shared spaces clean and organized. We don't party and prefer a quiet, relaxed home, so if you're looking for a party house, this isn't the place for you. However, we do have a fun group of friends, and there might be occasional gatherings. I'm flexible with lease terms as long as we agree on length before move in. At the start of the lease, I'll require first and last month's rent, plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Sorry, no pets I have a pretty bad allergy to cats and dogs.
