This top Unit in a 2 unit remodeled Victorian building technically has 1 bedroom however there are 2 separate entertaining spaces: the open/combined dining room/kitchen and a separate living room. The living room could work as a 2nd bedroom (or a spot for a crib or office etc.). So its either a very large 1 bedroom or a cozier 2 bedroom. The result is something that is absolutely central in one of the best neighborhoods in the city. Bright, modern and peaceful, it's the ideal home base in San Francisco. You can walk to some of our favorite food places (Noe Valley Bakery, Firefly, Sushi, Mexican), coffee (Martha Brothers) and groceries (Whole Foods) in under 5 minutes. We're just 2 minutes from the J-Church street car line, that goes directly downtown. You can also walk 8 minutes and get to BART which goes to the airport or downtown or around the Bay.
