Older but very spacious house. It has 4/2, open dining room with kitchen, huge living room with inclosed porch and even a screen porch. The rent is cheaper than expected to help with the electric which seem to run a little higher. Average should be $200, but runs around $300. I will be adding more insulation to try to help with this.
