The home is completely remodeled and provided us a space that was both comfortable and beautiful to live and entertain in! While it's hard to pick, our favorite feature may have been the sky lights that allow the Colorado sun to fill the whole space. The walking trails, parks and pools have us still convinced that Southpark is one of the best neighborhoods in the greater Denver area, especially when you consider that it is walking distance to the light rail (which we used often.) Kerry and Jared are wonderful landlords; prompt in responding to any questions, extremely welcoming, and very considerate of making sure we felt the space was our home while we lived there! Thank you for considering! Kerry Owner pays the HOA, water, and sewer. Tenant is responsible for all other bills, must be in their name (directly paid to company), and must retain renters insurance.
