We are most concerned with finding the right family as this is our forever home on land that has been in our family for many generations with our family members as neighbors and we will return here full-time after my military career has ended. The main floor is an open concept living space with the rest of the rooms coming off the central hallway totaling 1,256ft2. The downstairs has the master bedroom with private master bath, large walk-in closet, and is attached to the covered back deck. There are also two other rooms downstairs with one bedroom having a large closet and the other room being about half the size of a regular bedroom which we used as a nursery, but could be used as an office or small kid's bedroom, in addition to a hallway storage room, full hallway bath, and an open living space with gas fireplace, kitchen, and dining room. Upstairs has a half bath and bedroom (renovations will be completed prior to new tenants move-in) with two storage rooms on each side that run the length of the room and total 484ft2. (One closet upstairs will be used for owner's storage) In addition, there is also a storage area below the home in the 1,256ft2 climate-controlled crawl space. Can be used to fit as many totes or boxes as you can imagine down there. All lawn and garden tools will be furnished with the home. The home will come furnished with new living room suite, piano, dining table, and appliances. (There is not currently a washer/dryer set/fridge as the last tenants preferred to bring their own, but we can provide a new set if you don't provide your own.) Home finished in 2006 and is in great condition. We will promptly schedule any necessary repairs or updates as this is our personal home and it means a great deal to us and our family. The lease will begin week of 20Jul. The previous tenants are leaving due to an out of state move. We are a military family and it might be another 5-15 years before we return full-time.
