We are almost finished with the re-do of this bright and spacious two bedroom apartment which will be ready to rent by August 15th. It's on the second floor of a 4-family house in a good area of town, on the corner of a dead-end street, and three houses down from the entrance to the bike path. There is an eat-in kitchen, a big livingroom with gas heater, bathroom with standup shower, a bigger bedroom & a smaller bedroom, a balcony, off-street parking for two cars, and a fenced backyard for you to enjoy. The heat is a mix of gas and electric. The other tenants in the house are all hard-working, normal single adults (without kids but with animals). Our policy on pets is that responsible tenants come with good pets, so all pets considered with a pet fee. First, security, and a $300 one-time cleaning fee required to move in. $1325 plus utilities.
