Whether you're visiting our area for work or relaxation this is the perfect alternative to hotel living. Easy access to all of the communities between Jefferson City and Camdenton. One Bedroom Guest House Apartments Our one-bedroom apartments are approximately 700' (+ private patio) each and come completely furnished. They are located on the property less than a two-minute walk from the pool area and main house. Each apartment has its own private patio with table, chairs, umbrella, and zero gravity recliner. There are two 50" smart Roku TV'S in the apartment with excellent high-speed Wi-Fi. The living room features a sectional couch with a lounge that converts into a double bed (there are linens stored in the lounge). The main living area also has a credenza with a built-in electric fireplace, a recliner, and one wall-mounted TV. There is both a window and storm door in the main living area. The living room opens to the kitchen with a bar height table and 3 stools. (Note the 4 wine glasses on the rack under the bar!) The kitchen features a large refrigerator with cross-top freezer and ice maker. There is a k-cup style coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and full-size self-cleaning oven. Glasses, coffee cups, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, and pots and pans are furnished. Smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher are in each apartment. Your master bedroom suite features a king size bed with a medium-firm hybrid mattress with cooling gel technology. There are two nightstands and a separate workstation with connections for all of your work-related hardware (including USB connections as well as a 2nd 50" wall-mounted smart TV. Your on-suite bathroom has a 5-foot stall shower with glass doors and a 7-position adjustable and removeable hand-held sprayer. The toilet is an elongated bowl ADA compliant fixture. There are separate controls in the bathroom for extra lighting, exhaust fan, and heat. Your lighted sink with vanity and medicine cabinet also comes with a hair dryer. Next to the bathroom is a complete laundry area with washer and dryer. There are cleaning supplies, vacuum, iron, and ironing board. Next to the laundry is a large walk-in closet with a deluxe tower dresser. There are two ceiling fans and two thermostat-controlled HVAC wall units. There are no additional property charges, laundry equipment fees, or parking fees. Cleaning service of $150 prepaid in deposit (non refundable). There is no daily, weekly, or monthly cleaning service provided. Rent includes all utilities, TV, internet, furnishings, towels, bedding, seasonal use of the pool and hot tub, use of the BBQ & Fire Pit. etc. There are NO HIDDEN CHARGES. Apartments are ground floor, completely furnished, handicap accessible, with quality appointments throughout. Towels, linens, limited complimentary kitchen, bath, and laundry items are furnished. All units have their own (free) laundry facilities. Cleaning supplies, iron and ironing boards are also furnished. All units have filtered heating and A/C, and delicious filtered/softened well water. Each apartment has its own private patio. Use of the pool, is seasonal. Gas BBQ and fire pit are available with prior instructions as to their use. All of these amenities are for the use of our guests only. There is dusk to dawn night lighting and security cameras throughout the grounds. Free, open parking in front of your apartment is included. We accept Cash, money orders, cashier's checks, Pay Pal, Venmo, major corporation company checks, and local personal checks (after 1st mo). Rent up to one month is to be prepaid in advance. Subsequent extended stays must be paid at least 24 hours prior to any extended period. There are no refunds. A valid government photo I.D. will be required prior to move in and we do a background check. No smoking (including vape products) or drugs of any kind. No loud parties.
