Move-in date: June 14th (estimated date) All adults 18 years and older will need to fill out the rental application. There is no application fee. All tenants must pass standard background checks and income verification. $1600 per month rent (including water and sewer) Landlord to pay EWEB Water and Sewer. Tenant to pay EWEB Electricity and trash service. Move-in costs: $4,000 (First month + Last month + Month fully refundable security deposit). We can work out a 4-month installment plan for up to $1600 if necessary.. If there is an approved pet, there will also be a refundable pet deposit of $400. No pets without prior written approval. We do not charge any 'pet rent'. Sorry, no cats. NO TOBACCO USE inside house or near open doorways. No growing or processing of cannabis products. No subletting of home or room. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We are local folks who will meet with you in person at our rental. We only offer applications to folks who have walked through the rental. We do NOT accept any deposits until an application has been approved. Background and credit checks are done by TransUnion SmartMove. Please do not disturb the current tenants, thank you.
