Our home has some of the best views of San Francisco from the living room. We live in the banana belt of Oakland, which means we have lots of sunshine, day in and day out. There is plenty of space in the living room and dining room to entertain. You can watch the sunset every night and the epic fireworks during Fourth of July. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom of shower and a deep tub for taking baths. There are modern appliances in the kitchen and giant, in-unit washer and dryer so you can wash blankets, towels, and bigger loads of laundry. There are Mitsubishi split air conditioners and heaters in each room for controlled heating and cooling. We have two side yards for hosting parties. We have fruit trees around our house and neighborhood. The neighbors share their fruit too. The neighbors are lovely. We have block parties and have a neighborhood watch. Lots of families and working professionals. The home is 4 minutes from the Oakland Zoo and the freeway. You can make it to the Oakland Airport, Ferry terminals, and the Bay bridge in 15-20 minutes. There are local Farmers Markets and plenty of parks around. The Kings Estates Open Space Preserve is close too. House can come partially furnished or unfurnished. One car garage can also come Electric, Water, Internet, and Trash all set up under owner's name. Owner pays for electricity. Renters pay for water, trash, and Internet. Lease can be 12, 14, or 18 month leases. We can move to month to month afterward or resign a new lease. No subletting.
