There are three bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms in total (both are naturally lit; the second floor bathroom with a skylight). Both rooms are well-lit w. significant closet space. There's an expansive and beautiful backyard (with a spacious deck overlooking all the greenery) as well, and it's chock-full of native flora and is a certified pollinator habitat! If you're one person looking to rent the two rooms (this means there'd be only two of us sharing the two bathrooms, fridge, etc.!), this would be ideal and rent would be discounted to $1775/mo. Otherwise, each of the bedrooms is available at 950/mo apiece. Couples are more than welcome, though only under the condition that both rooms are rented. Pups are adored and gleefully welcomed! Provided they aren't nibblers (there is a piano...). If you're a really (truly) clean one, living here will be a dream. It's the sort of space with perpetually clean surfaces and bright candle smells. If you're not really that clean, you'll find it enticing at first but may shortly begin to feel unhappy about the kind of upkeep that such a shiny space entails.... choose wisely (and honestly!).
