The picture window with blinds offers privacy and natural light. There is an onsite laundry room with coin operated washers and dryers. It is conveniently located to shopping and the bus line. It is a clean and quiet complex. The applicant will pay first and last months rent plus a security deposit that is equal to half the amount of the full monthly rent. All utilities are included int the rent. You can have internet at your own expense, the unit is set up for internet. There isn't a kitchen but you will have a full size refrigerator and microwave provided in the unit. It is mandatory that you keep the studio apartment clean at all times. There will be inspections of the apartments. There is no smoking in the unit or any use of a flame in the unit. Any criminal activity or illegal drugs will end the tenancy immediately and authorities will be notified. Noise at all times must be at a respectful decibel for your neighbors, that includes slamming doors, yelling, music, and any other disturbance. Only the person on the lease can live in the unit.
