Additional fees apply for smoking indoors, vomit or bodily fluid cleanup, illegal drug paraphernalia, glitter or confetti, unauthorized pets, dirty dishes, and missing towels. Forgotten personal items may be shipped domestically at the guest's expense plus a $30 fee. If additional guests join beyond the original reservation without notification, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund, and guests will be required to leave. A $75 fee per additional guest applies. Late checkout incurs a $60 per hour fee. Failure to follow rules may result in a canceled booking and forfeiture of payment.
