Our house is a 9 bedroom coed house right next to UW stadium, the Montlake Cut, UW hospital, Seattle Arboretum, and more! We are a five minute walk from the light rail station and transit stops. The property has a fenced in back yard, parking spaces, garden space, and storage. There are 3 bathrooms on 3 different levels of the house. We are a group of undergrad students at UW and we are a very social house! We want to be friends more than room mates!
