Sandbridge Beach home, on canal, available for a winter or short-term tenant. This home features an open kitchen-living room- dining area, on site laundry, dock, and easy access to the beach. We are seeking a tenant for the off-season (October-May). It is completely furnished, including dishes, pots and pans, as well as small appliances (toaster, coffee maker). Just bring your linens! All utilities and internet are included. We are on a canal that leads to the Back Bay. Bring your fishing poles, kayaks, and paddle boards to launch off the boat dock in the backyard. This is an "off-season" rental. Minimum stay is 90 days (3 months) *This is a non-smoking property. *Small dogs are OK! Limit 2 *There is on-site parking *Tenant will be responsible for maintaining the lawn during the lease term. *The pool, outdoor shower, and outdoor sink will be closed for the duration of tenancy.
