I am renting out a large portion of my home in the Rimrock neighborhood of Forster Ranch in San Clemente. The home is approx. 1 mile from the freeway and close to all amenities San Clemente has to offer. I live on the property as well, but I leave for 7 months out of the year. Searching for a couple or mature tenant I can trust while I'm gone. I have created a studio type area in the master bedroom for myself with a complete difference entrance on the west side of the home. The rental is the other side of the property with: 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom Main kitchen Living room Large bonus room (I used it for my bedroom for years) Garage with laundry East side of property yard Clean home in a quiet neighborhood with young families. Trails in practically in the back yard Beautiful views A must see!! Landlord (Me) will pay utilities. Excluding cable and/or internet. Landlord will also take care of the yard and facilitate any service repairs if needed. I do have a horse trailer in the RV parking area. The driveway and garage are for the tenant. Pets negotiable. There will be pet rent included with pets. No smoking During the 7 months that I will not be on the premises, I need a responsible pair of eyes.
