RENT & SECURITY DEPOSIT INFORMATION: Rent for this home is only $1,350.00 per month and includes routine trash and recycling. With an approved application and credit score of 620 or higher, the security deposit is generally $1,350.00. If approved with a slightly lower credit score, at least a double deposit ($2,700.00) may be required. If approved, the security deposit must be paid and lease signed within 48 HOURS of acceptance (generally known within 24-48 hours of applying) in order to secure the home and remove it from the market. QUALIFICATION INFORMATION: Acceptance is based on a mixture of credit score, rental history, and total monthly income. CREDIT SCORE- 620 or higher is required. Also, we verify no evictions have been filed on the applicant in the last 5 years. INCOME REQUIREMENT is 3.5x the market rent (i.e. $1,350.00 x 3.5 = $4,735.00 total combined monthly income). APPLICATIONS & FEES: Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. Each person 18 or older is required to place an application. NO ZILLOW APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED. There is a one-time admin fee of $75.00 (total), which is only due if approved and at the same time as first month's rent. This rental is managed through Better Homes & Gardens EP in Augusta, GA. We are only able to hold a unit for a move-in scheduled for up to 2 WEEKS from the date of acceptance IF the security deposit is paid and the lease is signed by all applicants within 48 HOURS of acceptance. Acceptance generally is known within 24-48 hours of someone placing their application(s) if all required documentation is submitted and received.
