Hi Ladies/Renters, Please note: WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING FEMALES. I am subletting the upstairs of my house for 2 months from February 1st April 1st, 2023 (open to an earlier or a longer stay if need be) while I travel for the winter. The upstairs is private, featuring a small furnished one-bedroom with a small desk for working, a fairly large closet, and a 5-drawer cabinet. It has its own private bathroom and a small side room equating to about 500sq ft total. I will make room in the bathroom for your things and whatever else you need to accommodate space for you. The rest of the house is a beautiful brick interior, built in the 1900s, and has a lovely backyard. I have created a nice peaceful vibe, so I hope you'll enjoy the good energy! It is the BEST location and neighborhood in Denver the highlands! Conventionally located 5-10 minutes from downtown and just about everything. While the upstairs is completely private, the rest of the house is shared with one male roommate, Norbe, who is the kindest 55-year-old Brazilian. It's rare I ever see him because he is a scientist, working in a lab from 2 pm--1 am, and sleeps from 8 am-1 pm. He is the nicest guy ever and has an awesome dog, Tater, that never leaves his side (it's rare you'll see him too). My roommate does not use the kitchen, so you will have the fridge, cabinet space, and pretty much the entire house (1400 sq ft.) to yourself. It's $1100 all bills paid (OBO to a considerate, responsible individual). WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING FEMALES. No pets or parties. I hope you will respect the space and enjoy your time here. Cheers!
