We welcome a max of two furry family members with a pet deposit. Renter is responsible for utilities. Renter is required to water lawns(just leave on automated sprinkler timer), but owner will pay for monthly lawn service. $300 pet fee is included in the deposit. Renters with pets must keep lawns clear of pet waste and dispose pet waste accordingly. Smoking is not permitted in the house.
