There is garage and additional parking space next to the driveway. Our backyard is fully fenced. We bike to UW campus (12 min), but it is also walkable (25 min). Busses pass almost every 5 min, and the bus stop is two minutes away from the house. There are tennis courts on the other side of the street, as well as UPS store, Tai restaurant, Pizzeria, and a French restaurant. There are plenty of coffee shops around.
