Monthly rates start at $550 per month for a small unit with a two-burner stove-top and small refrigerator; bigger units with a full kitchen rent for $600 per month. Both require a deposit in an amount equal to the rent. All tenants are required to pass a background check. Pets are welcome with an additional non-refundable $200 pet deposit.
