Furnished luxury cottage studio available for a three-month lease and then month-to-month (we'd love somebody long-term, however, want to make sure it's right for both you and for us). This is a newly constructed cottage nestled in our back yard amongst fruit trees and beautiful landscape. There is an outdoor shower and hot tub. This is just a short block from Ashby Bart, and a quick walk to Berkeley Bowl and other amenities. Our cottage has many high-end features: Smeg refrigerator, Bosch compact washer and dryer, gorgeous bathroom, wall-hung Toto bidet toilet, vanity lit medicine cabinet, built-in Kef ceiling speakers throughout, operable skylight, ceiling fan, queen sized Room and Board storage bed with European Sleepworks mattress, and Coyuchi towels. It is a small but gorgeous and well-appointed space. This is truly one of a kind. We are asking for a three month lease (Zillow doesn't have that as an option, so I'm adding it here.) 1. First month's rent and security deposit are due at signing 2. Internet - The owners have Sonic Gigabit fiber internet. The cottage has multiple hard-wired ethernet outlets, and also a wifi mesh network router. 3. Utilities - Included 4. Cleaning - We ask that the renter give access to our house cleaner at least monthly for a thorough cleaning. 5. Tobacco - No smoking. This is a tobacco free property indoors and out. Occasional marijuana outdoors is okay. 6. No Pets - We have a large well-behaved Goldendoodle. He's quite friendly, but does have access to the entire yard. He is not allowed in the cottage. If you don't like dogs, this is likely not a good fit for you.
