Take a holiday away from the rain and stress. This home is located 10 minutes from Wenatchee where there are over 300 days of sun a year. Scenic Lake Cortez is out your back door where you can see a variety of birds as well as turtles and muskrats. At night, sit on the deck and watch the shooting stars while the frogs sing their songs. Barbeque your dinner and serve it on the patio. The golf course is across the street and the community is quiet. Nearby are a dozen wineries. For hikers there are many hikes up the hill in the Naneum or Colokum areas. There is a community swimming pool available. In the winter enjoy a day skiing on uncrowded slopes in powder snow at Mission Ridge (30 minutes). Then enjoy a soak in the two person jaccuzi or a crackling fire in the Family room. Take a trip to Chelan(1 Hour) and enjoy the scenery or the casino or visit the Bavarian village of Leavenworth(40 minutes). The house is a modern rambler with 2+ bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king sized bed, television with Netflix and Amazon Prime, a walk in closet and 2 person jaccuzi. There are granite counter tops through out the house. The nook has a lake view or use the dining room for larger groups. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. There are 2 desks complete with computers and fast internet access. The utility room includes a bowflex and elliptical trainer if you want to work out. It also has has a queen sized hide a bed and 4 twin sized air mattress' with linens. This is a non-smoking facility. This is a short-term rental, so lease term is limited.
