Hardwood flooring in the kitchen and living room. Shared washer/dryer is located in the backyard. Street parking. Since the apartment is located in a residential area we are looking for a tenant who is quiet and responsible. This is a no smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Background check will be made. Credit references and proof of income will be required. Rental history and landlord recommendation would be helpful. Rent is $1,850.00 per month which includes all taxes, water and electricity. Note that the unit has it's own submeter and excessive electricity usage will require a surcharge. Available approximately January 5, 2025.
