The lower walk out level features a bedrooms, family room and bath, and laundry room. That level will be unfurnished. Both levels overlook a pretty fountained pond. The home also has access to a private lake with a sandy beach. We are open to your ideas in regard to timing, etc. Utilities negotiable. No smoking please. Our neighbors are lovely and we ask that they be respected! No loud parties or music!
