Gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and washer and dryer included. THE BEST PART about this apartment in my opinion is that the CABLE, INTERNET, WATER, TRASH, AND ELECTRIC / GAS ARE ALL INCLUDED IN THE $839 PRICE! you're going to be only making the one check a month instead of the multiple checks most people have to write! If you are interested in moving in, please let me know, as soon as possible. I would hate to have to pay for an apartment I am not even living in! $839 covers all the bills. It covers electricity, gas, cable, internet, garbage, AC, water and maintainance. All is included in one bill by University Lakes.
