There is a back patio that looks into the lush shared backyard and a fenced side yard for storing bikes, etc. It's the top story of the duplex and it gets tons of sunlight - great for plants! Some of the furniture pictured in the common areas will not be there, and you can furnish/paint the place to your desires (within reason).
