Guests must be at least 25 years old to reserve the property. Check-in is 4 PM or later, with instructions sent via email the morning of your stay. No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises, and doing so will result in eviction and possible law enforcement involvement. The property is 100% smoke-free, including both private and communal areas, and evidence of smoking will result in a complete forfeiture of your security deposit. There is a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties, or gatherings of any sort, with quiet hours daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. The property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas and use noise-aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of all guests. Guests are asked to inform in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay, and additional guests are not allowed unless previously authorized by the host.
