As mentioned, the unit is part of an older house, and this means there are some quirks renters should be aware of. For example, sound travels easily in the house so we will affect each other and must be able to communicate and negotiate this. There are some common spaces (e.g., stairways and hallways) that we will need to collectively care for and clean. Additionally, the doorways and hallways are narrow at places and some furniture will not fit. Some features of the kitchen, including the appliances, are older.
