Hello! I am renting and living in a 3 Bedroom/2 Bath house in the Hampden neighborhood. My lease will be up for renewal in August and I am looking for new roommates to take over the lease with me. The couple currently living with me is moving out. Rent is just under $2,400 total. By taking over their share ($1,600), you would get... -master bedroom -attached private bathroom -2nd Bedroom (Currently we call this the office) -full living room/dining area -Shared Kitchen -Shared Patio and Backyard -Basement space/storage (mini at home gym lives down here) -2 Hallway Closets -2 car garage parking and/or storage -Washer/Dryer in Unit A little bit about me: I am an elementary teacher. I do have a super sweet dog who loves to sleep and chase squirrels. I am clean and like to keep the kitchen that way as well. In my free time, you'll find me outside trying to keep active by hiking, mountain biking, playing hockey, skating, or snowboarding. Other Notes: -The lease would be for a minimum of 1 year -The lease is technically 1 animal only. Although we might be able to talk to the renting company into adding 1 more.... -Move in would be in August -House is located in a cul de sac with a super awesome and safe family neighborhood vibe. -King soopers/SafeWay/Whole Foods/Target are all within a mile drive/walk -Large park across the street with tennis courts/hoops/bike and running paths -Close drive to DU, Cherry Creek Park, and Denver Tech Center -Utilities not included but we would split between the tenants Let me know if you're interested.
