The perfect place if you enjoy the outdoors, but still need to be close to work, has good cell phone coverage & internet, and minutes to Park City restaurants and other amenities. Get out of the SLC winter inversions and pollution and be closer to the trails. Please note this is a SMALL house: only ONE bedroom and only 616 Sq Ft. It's located in a cabin community with a mix of part and full-time residence. The cottage is on a dirt road with year-round access. Note while this is close to Park City and SLC, it's still a bit of mountain living and perhaps not for everyone; think larger snowstorms vs SLC, wildlife large and small (Eagle Nest right out your back door), and in general a bit more remote vs a city. If you appreciate the small house living this is a well-organized cottage with good storage solutions including a shipping container for your gear. Parking/storage: one car/truck covered carport parking, watertight storage container for your bikes and gear that is very secure.
