Almost brand new concrete block home at end of canal on deep water. Easy access to ocean and bay. Nice covered deck overlooking the canal. Close to everything on big pine key with a new park across the street from our neighborhood. Minimum 6 month lease with option to stay longer on a month to month basis. Small dogs ok. For someone who wants 1 year lease with intent on staying longer I will consider renting it unfurnished. No smoking inside. 2 small dogs ok and will negotiate for up to one larger non-aggressive breeds. House is furnished if you want unfurnished we might be able to accommodate for a tenant who wishes to stay at least one year. Some time this year our permit for a concrete dock should be approved. When it is if you bring a boat you may need to trailer it while the dock is being built. Renter pays power, water and internet.
