The great room features: Cathedral ceilings Dining area Sofa & Loveseat Nautical theme decor Flat Smart Screen TV with streaming available and a DVD Player This cute and cozy 2 BR, 1 Bunk Room, 1.5 BA cottage includes a fully-equipped kitchen. The primary bedroom is on the upper floor, furnished with a queen bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV, and a 1/2 bath ensuite. Both bathrooms are on the main floor. Downstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other (bunk room) has a twin-over-twin bunk bed. Also includes: Living room Sofa Flat-screen TV with streaming availability and DVD player Walk out the lower level down to the lake. A Pac-Man Arcade Game Machine & Foosball table Combined with the lower-level walk-out basement, there is 1500 sq feet of living space. Reeths-Puffer Schools Muskegon County Plows Lakeshore Road Not far from downtown Muskegon, Fremont & Muskegon Hospitals . This is a non-smoking home (including vaping), NO drugs or Marijuana. No Pets The renter is responsible for all utilities (gas, electricity, cable/internet), snow removal and, waste. The owner will pay for water softener service and salt delivery. A hot tub is not available on the lease. Lessee will need to provide their own towels and linens. The lease strictly ends on April 30th, 2026. Our vacation rentals begin on May 1st. Days of showings are based on availability from our seasonal guests and our realtor. Please note that showings are scheduled only after a conditional approval application. To obtain conditional approval and view the home, all you need to do is complete a Zillow application and undergo a credit check. If you choose to proceed with the rental process, you will need to fill out a rental agreement, be approved, and finalize the process. Income should be 3 times the rent, with proof of sufficient income from an employer over 18 months. The home must be returned in the same condition as you received it (ready to rent for my next guest).
