The room is fairly large at 13feet x 11 feet and has a closet sized 6.5 feet by 2.5 feet. The room has two windows. one window faces the backyard and the other faces out to the side of the house. THE HOME: The home is a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom home. The home has a newly renovated large bathroom. Bathroom is shared and has a walk in shower and a tub. The home is located near the VA hospital. It's a nice neighborhood and with the federal hospital being so close, the federal police patrol in the area. There is plenty of driveway parking and a large backyard. you can park up to two cars on the property and there is plenty of parking on the street. The house has an alarm system that you will have access to. The home has easy access highway 41, 180, and 168 and is close to FCC and Fresno State. utilities not included the in the rent price. New insulation was added a year ago which helps keep home cooler and the utility bill lower and the home has solar power which helps keep bills low.
