Outdoor amenities include picnic tables for alfresco dining, frequent visits from a friendly family of deer, and easy access to the heart of Camp Nelson. Accommodations Cabin 3 (Alpina): King bed, TV/DVD, seating area, fully equipped kitchen, full bathroom with tub/shower, and private patio. Cabin 2 (Belvedere): Queen bed, Apple TV, dining room with seating for six overlooking the forest, electric fireplace, full bathroom with tub/shower, and patio. Cabin 1 (Clairmont): Queen bed, TV/DVD, mini-fridge, coffee pot, microwave, seating area, full bathroom with tub/shower, and patio. New Addition: A 4th full bathroom the Gazebo Bath perfect for showering and changing after a soak in the hot tub. Outdoor Highlights Brand-new 7-Person Hot Tub Sequestered among the trees, overlooking the stream, this luxurious spa is the perfect place to relax under the stars. Elegant Gazebo Equipped with ceiling fans, seating for six, mosquito netting, and privacy drapes, the gazebo offers a stylish and comfortable space for outdoor lounging or dining. Picnic & Meadow Areas Enjoy family meals or simply take in the serene setting with deer often roaming nearby. Location A short 3-minute walk brings you to the center of Camp Nelson, where you'll find: The Camp Nelson General Store (basic supplies, beverages, ice) The John M. Nelson Meadow A historical museum A laundromat The friendly Slate Mountain Saloon with excellent pizza The nearby Pierpoint Springs Resort (5 minutes by car) offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus a small store with essentials. Gas is available behind the Camp Nelson General Store. Things to Do Hiking: Explore the Camp Nelson Trail, leading to giant sequoia groves, streams, and easy mountain trails. Fishing & Horseback Riding: The Tule River offers fishing opportunities, and local stables provide horseback adventures. Winter Fun: Cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, and sledding nearby. Rental Information Please note: The property is only available as a full rental of all three cabins. They cannot be rented separately. Renter is responsible for gas and electricity. Weekly cleaning is available (with fresh sheets and towels for an additional fee). A pet is possible if it is well behaved and under 50 lbs. Please give details. No events without prior arrangements. Maximum number of guests on the property is 6. There is an adjacent stream to the property and therefore children need to be monitored.
