Security Deposit: $2,500 (refundable, subject to condition of premises).
Cleaning Fee: $200 (non-refundable, move-out professional clean).

Payments/Late/NSF: Rent due 1st; late after 5th $50 late fee + $10/day until paid. NSF fee $40 for returned payments.
