It has tons of space if you wanted to put a lift in it for working on cars. The concrete in the shop is 6 inches thick which means you can put a lot of weight in the shop and not crack the concrete. There is RV storage on both sides of the shop with electrical outlets outside to plug in motorhomes or trailers for power. This place is very quiet, on a dead end road so no traffic to worry about, the bus stops right in front of the house to take the kids to VERY DESIREABLE 91 school. 91 school is K-8th grade. Which is all made up of people that live in the country.
