About the building- This gorgeous, historical building has eight very spacious apartments on the second and third floors. The first floor is commercial property only. About the unit- The unit has hardwood floors though out and they have just been refinished. The large living room windows face the street and offer great street views of downtown. The bedrooms are toward the middle and back of the unit, which makes it very quiet for sleeping, even though you are right downtown! The kitchen is an eat-in kitchen. Both bedrooms are good sized with good closet space. There is also a huge, walk in storage closet off the main hallway. The living rooms are VERY spacious. Have a sectional? No problem! The bathroom is spacious too. No laundry hook ups, but there are a few laundry mats close by. This unit is ready for occupancy! The rent is $1,750 and includes the heat, water and sewer. Tenants pay their own electricity and wifi (and cable if desired). No pets preferred, but one indoor cat may be considered for an additional $250 non-refundable pet deposit. Here is what is required to rent the unit- Absolutely no smoking, vaping or marijuana use. First month's rent and security ($1,750) to be paid at lease signing (upon application approval). Applicants must have very great credit (high 600's) Applicants must have clean backgrounds, great references and no evictions. Applicants must have proof of income. Applicants must be approved on their own merit. So sorry- we do not do co-signers. One year lease a must and 15 months preferred. There is a $38 application fee per adult applicant.
