Let me start by saying this unit is HUGE About the building- This gorgeous, historical building has eight very spacious apartments on the second and third floors. The first floor is commercial property only. About the unit- As you can see from the pictures, the unit has hardwood floors though out. The kitchen and bathrooms have lots of updates! The living room windows face the street and are all new too! The bedrooms are toward the middle and back of the unit, which makes it very quiet for sleeping, even though you are right downtown! The kitchen is an eat-in kitchen. There are washer and dryer hook-ups there as well. If you chose to install your washer and dryer the rent will increase by $50 to cover the water and sewer. If owner provides washer & dryer, rent increases $100/month. Both bedrooms are good sized with good closet space. There is a small room that can be a small office or storage.
