The lot is open and fairly clean so you can do what you want to with it. The city covenants say you can have a mobile home there so you could have affordable living. Covenants state the mobile home must be gabled and it has to be approved by the city. The seller requests that if the new buyer has a dog, that they fence the dog in shortly after moving in. This would be a great place for someone to live.
