There is a central A/C mini-split unit in the kitchen, it is enough to cool off and heat the rear of the apartment. The two larger rooms can fit a queen size bed, not a king size. The interior small bedroom can fit a full size or bunk bed. Tenants must provide their own curtains for windows and closets. One month deposit is required with first month rent. There is also an employment verification/background fee of $60. Owner pays for water, tenant pays for electric. There is no gas bill, this is an all electric building.
