The community is fantastic here, everyone gets along and hangs out. They do fires on the beach, holiday parties, block parties, it is a great place. It's one of those unbeatable neighborhoods, where your neighbors will give you the shirt off their back if you need it. It is a quick walk to the beach and the downtown area. We are close to the commuter rail so you can get right into town very easily.
